Almond Granola
Ingredients

- 2 Cups of The Almond Farmer’s 100% Raw Almonds
- 1 Cup of any other mixed nuts
- 2/3 cup dried fruit of your choice – Our favs are figs, dates and sultanas
- ½ cup pepitas
- 2/3 cup coconut

- ½ cup coconut flakes
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2-3 Tbsp The Almond Farmer 100% RAW Honey
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp of Coconut oil
- 1-2 Tbsp of Chia seeds (add this after baked)
Method
Pre-heat oven to 165 degrees.
Place 2.5 cups of the nuts and fruit in a processor and pulse until chunky chopped. Place all ingredients into a large bowl and combine.
Bake on lined tray for 12 mins and then remove and stir.
Bake for another 8-10 mins and then remove and stir.
Bake for a further 4-5 mins.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Store in an air tight container and consume within 3 weeks. (It probably won’t last that long!)
