Healthy Choc Almond Brownies
Ingredients

- 1 Can of Black beans (Liquid Drained)
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- ½ cup of The Almond Farmer’s Natural meal
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup maple or honey or sweetener of choice
- 1 Tbsp of The Almond Farmers Chocolate Almond Butter

- 1 tbsp of coconut sugar (or leave out if your sugar free)
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup to 2/3 cup of choc chips
Method
Preheat the oven to 180C. Combine all ingredients except the choc chips in a food processor.
Stir in ¾ of choc chips. Pour mixture in a lined pan and sprinkle with remaining chips. Cook for 15-18 mins. Let stand for 10 mins and then remove from pan.
For an extra naughty chocolaty goodness, melt some chocolate melts and drizzle over the brownie. For a healthier option, ice with our Chocolate Almond Butter!!
Cut into pieces, squares or slices.
