Slice dates open and remove the pit.
Take teaspoons full of almond butter & stuff inside the dates.
Pop the dates in the fridge or freezer while you melt the chocolate or prepare toppings.
Melt chocolate by preferred method.
Drizzle the chocolate over the stuffed dates and sprinkle with shredded coconut, hemp seeds, sea salt or top with a roasted almond. Other topping ideas are – bee pollen, crushed dried berries or shaved chocolate.
