Green Bean & Almond Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Green Beans
- ½ cup of The Almond Farmers’ Raw Almond Chunks
- 2 Shallots or Spring onions
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 1 Chopped Red Chilli (optional)
- 1 Tspn of oil of choice (coconut, sesame, olive or veg)
Method
In a saute pan or wok, melt oil of choice over medium heat.
Add shallots, garlic and chili if using.
Add green beans and saute or stir fry until desired tenderness is achieved.
Add The Almond Farmers’ Raw Almond Chunks and continue to saute until green beans are crisp- tender.
Serve as a side to a protein or enjoy as a delicious vegetarian meal.
