In a saute pan or wok, melt oil of choice over medium heat.
Add shallots, garlic and chili if using.
Add green beans and saute or stir fry until desired tenderness is achieved.
Add The Almond Farmers’ Roasted Almonds – roughly chopped and continue to saute until green beans are crisp- tender.
Serve as a side to a protein or enjoy as a delicious vegetarian meal.
