Almond Bread / Biscotti
Ingredients
½ cup of coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
100 grams of The Almond Farmers 100% Raw Almonds
2 Free range eggs
1 cup of The Almond Farmer Almond Flour
Method
Prepare pan/bread tin. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cream sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat until creamy. Fold in sifted flour. Fold in Almonds. Bake in oven for 30-35mins. Let log cool.
Once cold place in fridge overnight. The next day slice log as thin as you can and bake in slow oven (150 degrees) until desired colour is achieved.
Serve with coffee!
