Almond Truffles (Protein Bliss Balls)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of The Almond Farmer’s Almond Meal
  • 3 Tbsp of The Almond Farmer’s Chia & Date or 100% Pure Almond Butter or Chocolate Almond Butter
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • 10 dates (I like to soak these in boiling water for a few mins)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp The Almond Farmer 100% RAW Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp of the boiling water from soaking the dates
  • Any optional extras – ½ cup of chia seeds, goji berries, cranberries etc

Method

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined. (Should be dense and come together).

Form into balls and roll in extra coconut or cocoa.

You can also dip these in a chocolate.

Refrigerate and enjoy!
