Almond Truffles (Protein Bliss Balls)
Ingredients
- 1 cup of The Almond Farmer’s Almond Meal
- 3 Tbsp of The Almond Farmer’s Chia & Date or 100% Pure Almond Butter or Chocolate Almond Butter
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- 10 dates (I like to soak these in boiling water for a few mins)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp The Almond Farmer 100% RAW Honey
- 1 Tbsp Chia seeds (optional)
- 1 Tbsp of the boiling water from soaking the dates
- Any optional extras – ½ cup of chia seeds, goji berries, cranberries etc
Method
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined. (Should be dense and come together).
Form into balls and roll in extra coconut or cocoa.
You can also dip these in a chocolate.
Refrigerate and enjoy!
