Apple Almond Butter Nachos
Ingredients
- Apples cored and sliced into wedges
- 1/2 cup of 100% Pure Almond butter or 100% Pure and Crunchy almond butter
- Pepitas, goji berries, shredded coconut & chopped roasted almonds for sprinkling on top
- (You can use any of your favourite toppings here!) small choc chips are also amazing!
Method
Slice your apples and arrange in a spiral pattern on a platter.
Drizzle the almond butter all over the sliced apples in a rustic fashion.
Top with sprinkles of goji berries, roasted almonds, coconut flakes and/or choc chips.
